LickityClick legal
Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Client Amp LLC collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use LickityClick.
1. Information you provide
We collect account information such as name, email address, authentication details, organization settings, support requests, and billing-related contact information. Payment details are processed by Stripe; LickityClick does not store full card numbers.
2. Link and campaign data
We collect the links, destination URLs, custom domains, short codes, campaign names, tags, UTM settings, reports, and related metadata that you create or import. We use this information to provide redirects, dashboards, analytics, exports, and operational support.
3. Click, redirect, and device data
When someone clicks a LickityClick-managed link, we may process data such as timestamp, source URL, referrer, destination URL, IP-derived approximate location, user agent, device/browser information, bot signals, redirect status, and campaign attribution fields. This data is used to operate redirects, prevent abuse, and provide analytics to account owners.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session security, preferences, fraud prevention, and product analytics. Redirect analytics may use request metadata and does not require placing a marketing cookie on every link visitor.
5. How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the Service, process redirects, generate analytics, troubleshoot issues, communicate with you, process billing, enforce policies, detect abuse, improve the product, and comply with legal obligations.
6. Service providers
We may share information with vendors that help operate LickityClick, such as hosting providers, database and infrastructure services, Stripe for billing, Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention, Sentry for error monitoring, email providers, and support or analytics tools. These providers may process data only as needed to provide services to us.
7. Information we do not sell
We do not sell personal information. We do not sell your campaign data, destination URLs, or link analytics to data brokers. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, in connection with a business transfer, or with your direction or consent.
8. Retention
We retain account, billing, campaign, and analytics data for as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain backups, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, comply with law, and support legitimate business needs. You may request account deletion, but some records may be retained where required for security, billing, legal, backup, or audit purposes.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, encryption where appropriate, monitoring, and backup practices. No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure.
10. Your choices and rights
You may access, update, export, or delete certain account information through the product or by contacting support. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, or restriction of processing.
11. Children and international users
LickityClick is not intended for children under 13 and should not be used by anyone under 18 without appropriate authority. If you use the Service outside the United States, you understand that information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our providers operate.
12. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of LickityClick after an update means the updated policy applies to your use of the Service.
