LickityClick legal

Refund Policy

Last updated: June 2026

This policy explains how cancellations and refund requests work for LickityClick subscriptions purchased through Stripe.

1. Trials

If a free trial is offered, you can evaluate the product during the trial before starting a paid subscription. Trial access may end automatically when the trial expires unless you subscribe.

2. Subscription billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance at the price and billing interval shown at checkout. Plan limits, included custom domains, add-ons, taxes, and renewal dates may vary by plan or promotion.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel future renewals through the billing portal or by contacting support. After cancellation, paid access normally continues until the end of the current billing period, unless the account is terminated for a policy violation.

4. Refund requests

If LickityClick does not work for your use case, contact support@lickity.click within 14 days of your first paid purchase and tell us what happened. We review first-purchase refund requests case by case and try to be reasonable. Renewal payments and partial billing periods are generally non-refundable unless required by law or caused by a billing error.

5. Billing errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us promptly with the account email, invoice date, and a short description. Confirmed duplicate or mistaken charges will be corrected or refunded.

6. Policy violations

We do not provide refunds for accounts suspended or terminated for violating the Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, affiliate-program abuse, fraud, chargeback abuse, security abuse, or unlawful activity.

7. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method. Banks and card networks may take several business days to post the refund after Stripe processes it.
