Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, the security of your login credentials, and all activity under your account and organization.

LickityClick provides hosted short links, affiliate-link management, campaign organization, redirect handling, and click analytics. We may change, improve, or discontinue parts of the Service as the product evolves, but we will make reasonable efforts not to materially degrade paid core functionality without notice.

You own the destination URLs, campaign names, tags, metadata, and other content you add to LickityClick. You grant Client Amp LLC the limited rights needed to host, process, redirect, display, back up, secure, and analyze that content so we can provide the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your links, promotions, claims, disclosures, affiliate relationships, and destination pages comply with applicable laws, platform rules, affiliate-program rules, and advertising disclosure requirements.

You may not use LickityClick for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, harmful, or high-risk activity, including phishing, malware, spam, credential theft, evading abuse controls, or hiding malicious destinations. The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these Terms.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Prices, plan limits, included domains, and billing intervals are shown at checkout or in the product. If a free trial is offered, access may be limited or paused when the trial expires until a paid subscription is started.

You may cancel a subscription through your account billing portal or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund already-paid periods except as described in our Refund Policy or required by law.

We work to keep redirects fast and analytics reliable, but click counts, bot filtering, referrer data, geolocation, device detection, and attribution are inherently approximate. LickityClick should not be your only source of truth for legal, tax, payout, or contractual reporting unless you independently verify the data. The Service is provided without a guaranteed uptime SLA unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or abuse risk, fail to pay amounts due, or use the Service in a way that could harm users, customers, affiliates, infrastructure, or Client Amp LLC. You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.

LickityClick, including its software, design, branding, documentation, and service infrastructure, is owned by Client Amp LLC or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the Service or permission to copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse it outside the rights needed to use your account.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Client Amp LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost revenue, lost profits, lost data, affiliate-program decisions, or business interruption. Our total liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law rules. We may update these Terms from time to time. Material updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
